Pretty Fuschia Fairy

I was drawn the colours in this sheet - I just love it's vibrance. After printing, I cut out the elements and mounted the decouprage fairy and butterflies with foam tape.

I choose a matching purple cardstock and punched out a lovely shell border to run down each side of the base topper.

I then adhered the base topper onto an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card base and added some Liquid Pearls to bling it up.

I added Purple dots to the punched border and hot pink to the Fuschia's. I think it would catch every little girls' eye.
