Waterfall Fairy TopperCompleted by Chris Keys

I printed, cut out and decoupaged and mounted ont lilac, then purple card then onto a white dotty card blank.

I added wavy borders and purple bows and flowers to the bottom corners. The tag had lilac ribbon added.
