Printed onto 190gsm matte photo paper, then used a wet glue to attach to a blank sheet of paper for added strength. Once dry I cut out the plate, then used a gold gel pen to outline the Happy Birthday sentiment, and also coloured the scalloped edge with the same gold pen.

Makes a very attractive card that has the appearance of a layer of vellum over the rose design. Quick and easy to make.
