A beautiful bouquet of roses and mixed flowers, designed to fit, beautifully in a square card. I made my card measure 30cm x 14cm and folded it half. I printed the sheet supplied twice, onto 200gsm white card. The first copy, I cut out the main element and used D.S. tape, to attach a mauve satin ribbon, horizontally, across the centre back. I used padded tape to attach this to the mauve backing sheet, which measures 11cm x 11cm. I cut down the size of a square doily to measure 13cm x 13cm, to fit as a backing sheet, and used D.S. tape, to attach this to the back of the mauve backing sheet. I then wrapped the ribbon around, and secured it at the back of the paper doily. I then used D.S. tape to attach this topper to the card front.
I used, the second copy of the main element, to cut out the 2 buds, and the centre part of each full bloom. These pieces, I attached to the topper, with tiny padded squares.
I added some purple coloured, peel off butterflies and flowers, some purple rhinestones, and a sentiment. I then used a silver and gold peel off strip to edge the doily. The doily now looks like a lace background.
For the insert, I kept the theme of mauve tones, and used the lilac sheet from cup808597_117, and to this, I added some wider, peel off strips, and made some tiny paper flowers, with the same paper, and added a bow, some rhinestones, a sentiment, and another butterfly. A beautiful topper, that is so easy, to quickly put together, just as it is on the sheet supplied, or for you to add bling of your choosing. As I did. Thank you, C,eredwyn, this is another winner.
