Beautiful Lillys on a Scroll mat Completed by Wynona O'neil

I printed out my design onto quality card and then cut out all the elements. I used a gold metallic base card and used silicone to glue my main design to the base card, together with the respective 3D elements.

The provided birthday greeting was added using silicone to the card. I finished off the design using some glitter and glossy finish to highlight specific areas before adding diamentes to complete.
