Beautiful 8x8 card base for this design. Easy to cut out and decoupage with 160gsm paper. I used foam squares to lift the image. Before sticking down the topper.
I cut out a lace design from some backing paper I had and used this as a header and footer to the design.
Once positioned in the middle I used the sentiment provided. To finish I glued some gems down each side to balance out the design. Could be birthday card or other sentiments provided.
