This is a very pretty floral decoupaged birthday card and easy to make.
Firstly I cut out the main topper hexagon image of the pansies on a lace background and added to a card blank and then cut and shaped all the flowers and added on top using foam pads to give a lovely 3d effect.
I then chose the shaped sentiment and added in the bottom corner using foam pads.
