I cropped away the tag to save on ink as it was not wanted and copied and pasted several parts to decoupage.
I mounted onto an inner punched stepper card and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added my chosen sentiment and finished off with matching punched butterflies

Beautiful Tulips and Babys Breath - approx. card size 7 in. x 5 in. - Sheet printed onto quality matte photo paper.
Card elements trimmed, white base cardstock used, selected dark red as a background. Glued topper into place then added pearl and diamond adhesive gems. Added sentiment tag.
