I had this lovely design printed by craftsuprint. I cut out all of the elements. The main bit of the design I ran around the edge with some ink then matte and layered it onto a square white card blank.
I then cut around the design to make a shaped card. I attached the sentiment for decoration. The smaller pieces I stuck inside and on the back.
