Mounted coloured embossed matting on to scalloped white card, then applied main picture using dst. Used ds foam tape to mount decoupage and topped each flower with small blue & turquoise pearls in the centre; then added some glitter glue around pearls.

Added sentiment and finished off with large blue pearls on each corner. The colours on this card are brilliant and very eye-catching and it is very simple to make.
