I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layer. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layer using foam squares.

What a fab card and the occasions it can be used for are endless including birthday and get well.

A great card to make when you are short of time.
