I started with an 8x8 white card base and covered it with brown shimmer paper, using glue. I centered the topper and glued it to the shimmer paper. I used Nuvo drops to add bubbles to the champagne flutes. Small pearls were added to the centers of the roses.

I selected a gold sticker for the greeting and placed it in the upper right corner. To finish the card I placed the decoupage on the 3x3 tag topper and placed it inside the card in the lower right corner.

I added some Nuvo drop bubbles to the flutes also.
