I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I printed it twice so that I could create a frame, this wasn't necessary, just personal choice.

I matted the first base image onto silver card and fixed to a white card blank, I mounted the frame with foam strips. The decoupage was constructed using silicone glue, the sentiment fixed with foam strips and lastly Glossy Accents was applied to the centre of the flowers and glitter from a pen to butterfly wings. This is a very sweet card, I have attached a second image in an attempt to show the decoupage.
