Red Rose on Polka Dots - Birthday

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base in the centre of a light purple C5 card, then added a copper border around the outside and inside frames, to finish i made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, this is a terrific bright design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective when done.
