I printed the designer" Rose Flutter Dreamscape Topper" sheet on photo paper and then cut out the pieces. I put the topper on a blue background and then added the deco pieces using s gel. I love it.

Just wanted to say for those who are looking for matching inserts, look under search for inserts- I have found many great inserts that match CUP cards this way.

I love the Flutter cards.
