Printed onto Matt photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image onto a pink C5 card and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.
I finished off by adding border peel offs around the edges.
This is a beautiful design suitable for various different occasions.
