The design was printed on matte photo paper and cut it out.
I made an easel card from a 6x6 card, then added a piece of card to bottom half of the front.
A matching panel was also added inside the easel card.
The main image was added with foam tape to the front, the other elements were added with foam pads.
I attached a calendar tab and a few flowers and a bow to finish the calendar.
