I added a frame to the main picture and printed on decoupage paper twice to have extra decoupage. Used dst to attach main picture to scalloped card blank then cut out the frame of the young lady with champagne bottle and glass and used silicone glue for the decoupage.

I added a small blue gem to the neck chain. This is a lovely quick card to make and looks great when finished.
