I printed the striped design paper (from a Crafters Companion CD-ROM) onto a sheet of semi gloss paper, cut it to size and stuck it on the greeting card.

Then i copied the image onto a word document, resized it and inserted 'Word Art' in order to add the personalised name.

Printed out the image onto the same semi gloss paper and decoupaged it using silicone glue.
