A quick and easy card to make. I printed onto photo paper and cut out the two pieces. I stuck the main picture onto a folded white card with double sided tape then curled the little girl and added her using glue gel.

I finished off the card by adding gems around the edge and sparkle to the balloons. A lovely card to make and, I've no doubt, to receive.
