Happy 1st Birthday for a Girl

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base, onto the front of a pink C5 card, i then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, finishing off with the 1st birthday sentiment, this is a terrific design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
