It's Party Time Have a Cupcake Completed by Diana Holmes

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out, I attached the main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and finished off by adding glittery border peel offs around the edges and small flat backed gems in the corners, I also made the matching gift tag.

This is a beautiful design which makes a lovely quick and easy card suitable for various occasions.
