I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage layers with foam pads and decorated with glitter and gems. I mounted the completed topper on green and black matts and then onto an 8x8 card blank.

This was a very simple card to make. Any would be perfect for any girl ... young or old.
