This was taken from my original illustration. This very cute little girl is holding a bird on her finger, who has brought her a purple balloon for her birthday.

I printed the sheet on 160gsm card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I covered an 8x8 inch card with yellow paper. I added a square of orange spotty paper at an angle then matted the topper on the top, all using DST.
I finished off by adding the decoupage with foam pads. Lovely design!
