My GirlCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out the elements and used DST to attach the Topper to a white scalloped edged card and used foam pads to build the Decoupage.

I used an orange gem in the middle of the Bow.

I really like this design, makes up into a pretty card.
