I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I added a number to the centre of the balloons and a sentiment.
To finish I added gold stickles to the number and to the stars. A beautiful card for any little girl.
