Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with lots of pearls and a blue insert. I added a blue ribbon to the gift tag.

I printet the sheet on a good quality,of photopaper. I cut out the design and layered on a scallop card c6. I finished the card with half pearls.
