Added extra 3D squares under the upper shoe to create a raised effect

Placed 3mm pink pearls on the heels

Positioned 3mm red pearls around the waist & cleavage

Placed 3mm pink and red pearls on the roses to create highlights

Used a 4" gold card as a gift card

Added 6mm gemstones in opposite corners
