Blue Party Dress with Shoes in Blue Lace Frame

I printed sheet on glossy photo paper reducing the size to fit an 8 x 8 white card blank, I cut out main picture and cut around the dress before mounting it on white glitter card.

I cut out the decoupage and added it using silicone glue and added glitter to the edge of the lacy part of the dress and the design on the bodice and attached a Happy Birthday sentiment using strong dst to attach the topper to the card blank.

To finish off I put silver star border down one edge of the card and a blue chiffon ribbon on the other side.
