I print off the decoupage sheet and used a paper trimmer for most of the cutting and finished off the other areas using small scissors. I affixed the base layer to a square white textured card blank using double sided tape. I then affixed the top layer using foam squares. I finished off the card by placing two gold self adhesive gems in the middle of the flowers in the top right hand corner of the card.

This card is super quick yet looks great so it will appeal to those cardmakers who are time poor or for those last minute cards.
