I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto red holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, Diamond & Patina Stickles to add some shimmer.
I embellished with gold peel offs.
