This lovely design by Vicky Sumner got my imagination going! First I covered a square card blank (slightly bigger than the topper,) with red Mirri card, and layered the topper onto it.

Next I used wet glue to stick glitter to the shoes, also using red glitter gel pen.

I attached the decoupage and sentiment with foam pads, and went over all the words with black glitter gel pen.

Using the same pen I filled in the printed gems so they would sparkle, and also round the edge of the sentiment with red glitter gel pen.

To finish it off I edged the topper with sparkly black peel off edging.
