Lovely Red Polka Dot Shoes with Red Roses Completed by Betty-Ellen Crum

I cut it out of high quality photo stock made individual appliques of each item, such as two shoes, two glasses etc.

I shaped the pieces and mounted them with sticky pads. Framed it in gold glitter and tied on gold bows to the glasses.

I mounted the whole thing to white card stock and printed out the frame without shoes or glasses to frame the saying and lined the card.
