I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Base card and glued the design on to it. I also made 2 Borders and a Sentiment in a matching Blue colour and glued the Borders on to the card.
I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiments on with CUP´s Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Beautiful, Gorgeous, Lovely, Adorable and Stunning design that turned in to a Gorgeous card!!! I recomend this design to all of you!!! Enjoy your crafting!
