I printed off onto 240 gram card and mounted on a border punched card ,i decoupaged using foam pads and attached black and clear gems.

I printed on to matte card with a black border around picture then added a sentiment and copy of the tag and printed the sheet as well. from the sheet I cut around the right side of the boots and tag.I used foam squares to add the layers then finished with opal glitter on the boots and tag and pearls on the buttons and tag and purple gems on the border panel
