I printed the design onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted and layered the main image with green and dark purple card then mounted it onto white card stock.I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone.
To finish the card I added one of the sentiments and little pearl gems to the corner...what a fabulous card.
This pretty topper was attached to a white square card. The remaining layers were added using pinflair glue.
