The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.

I added a contrast backing panel to an A5 card then adhered the main image on top with foam tape.

The other elements were added with foam pads.

To finish the card l added the Happy Birthday tag, a ribbon and bow, a printed verse inside, some stickles glitter and a few flat back gems.
