First I printed the sheet on a good quality of paper, then cut the items out. Layered with 3D pads, and finish the card with some gems.

I PRINTED THIS ON WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE I GLUED A PIECE OF SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON TO A BLANK CARD.
THEN THE ART WORK ON TOP OF THAT. I BORDERED IT IN SILVER AND TEAL METALLIC PAPER.
I USED PINK METALLIC PAPER FOR THE PUNCHED BUTTERFLIES. I OUT LINED THE ART WORK WITH BLACK GLITTER
