What's a perfect card for Mother's Day of a lady's birthday! I love the Victorian feel the button up shoe gives. To start, I chose an 8x8 white card blank. Next I mounted the topper to the base with foam squares.

I To finish off my card, I placed gems on the buttons of the shoe My final touch was to place the bow in the upper right corner and add a gem for the knot.
