pretty vintage lady in bonnet with blue flowers

I printed on matte card, printing copies of the flowers again. I cut out the white parts between the inner frame and the girl then used decoupage to add the picture and decoupage to a matching base card.

I used light blue glitter to add the stripes on the card top, sentiments and frames, gold glitter on the flower centers and finished with the gems on the frame.
