After I printed in a good quality of paper, I cut out the items. Layered on a A6 card with 3D pads, and decorate with gems a a bow. Very cute sheet.

With this design I printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then I cut out all the elements and placed the design base onto the front of a black C5 card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads.
