I rounded the corners of the backing sheet and matted it onto blue card and then attached to the base of a white easel card.

I rounded the corners of the topper, matted onto blue and attached to the front of my card.

I put a narrow strip of blue across my card on 3mm foam pads to act as the stopper. To this I added a silver sentiment and pink gems. I also added pink gems to the top part.
