I printed this sheet onto 190gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam tape and pads.
A great card which is easy to make and so easy to relate to - so many times I start talking and lose the thread!!!
I am sure Stella is me!!!
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I used a variety of stickles to accent flowers and stells glasses. Finally some rhinestones and pearls
