Yes here she is again and she is in all her glory drinking again too. I think I have met her or her evil twin once before and a very long time ago. I printed twice onto glossy photo paper and cut out the pattern pieces.
Then I did the layers of decoupage with foam dimensional. I added a little more glitter to the frame and made sure she had enough lipstick on for her photo.
