A square layered card front or topper. The base layer is white with blue border, the middle layer is a modern Cloud design, The top layer is the photo of the lil lady with her umbrella. Spring flowers adorn the edges and a sentiment ribbon sits at the bottom. There are three sentiment greeting plaques included for choice Decoupage is also included.
