Art Deco Regal Blue

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. A super card that is easy to make and sure to be loved by all recipients.

I printed the image onto heavy weight card paper, cut out all elements and decoupaged it. I added clear gloss onto the wine glasses and glittering onto chandelier and dress decor.
