This is the sweetest card. I love everything about it. I printed this card topper onto good quality photo paper twice so that I could give the card a 3D effect although this topper is amazing just the way it is as well.

I cut out the frame and flowers as my decoupage then mounted the topper onto a blue card. This is a wonderful all occasion card.
