This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.

The design was printed twice on to matte photo paper and cut out.
I then added a coordinating panel to a 7x7 card.
The main image was adhered on the top with foam tape.
I then cut the centre part from the second print and used foam pads to give the card height.
To finish the card I added a gems, a matching bow, stickles glitter, a sentiment tag
and a printed verse inside.
