I printed the sheet onto photo paper and cut out the larger picture I matted it onto black card and cut a boarder using deckle edge scissors.

I matted that onto a backing paper printed onto photo paper (cup846387_1834) I cut a boarder around the black edge.

I covered an 8 inch square card front with black card and added the topper to it using double sided tape .

I finished it with some silver peel offs and sticky flat backed faux pink gems
