I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

Such a beautiful timeless design and if you want to make it extra special you could use clear self adhesive gems to accent the sparkle on the dress.
